Amon from Legend of Korra
Amon is probably my favorite character solely for the fact that Steve Blum does is VA and after seeing the latest episode I couldn't resist drawing him
also originally I just doodled his face but I decided to make it a wallpaper for my current laptop so the background is a little sloppy i.e if you look close enough all of the Equalists are from a custom brush pack I got for photoshop of person/people in crowds with subtle changes in details
edit: fuck his mask it looks dumb either way
